The Montclair Creative Reuse Project opened in it's new retail home located inside Culture Couture, 53 Church St in Montclair, and I couldn't be more pleased with the reception! The Grand Opening on Saturday, 8/2/25, was a steady flow of friends, family, and curious treasure hunters, who all found their way to the cozy space at the back of Culture Couture, a "shop inside a shop", as I'm calling it! 
By the end of the day on Sunday I was euphoric and exhausted! Looking around the shop I could recognize how much of the newly merchandised, donated materials had found new homes! The "pay what you can" model really gets people to think about their choices and I appreciate people's generosity. Now I'm actively seeking new donations and continue to update the project's Instagram page with newly added materials and other shop updates. Thanks to everyone who has stopped into the shop, donated materials, helped me move, or cheered me on! And thanks to Lisa from Culture Couture for welcoming me into her space! -Claire
