This Sunday, April 26th, I’ll be vending for the third year in a row at Montclair’s Earth Fest, from 12-4pm on South Park Street (my view out the shop windows)! This year is extra special for me because popping up at events like this is what I did to promote the project before I opened the shop! I have lots of special things planned including newly donated materials, fill-a-bag items, larger items that don’t fit in the tiny shop, a fresh batch of Boomerang Bags as well as the kits to sew your own, and more! Introducing Monday and Tuesday shopping by appointment at the Montclair Creative Reuse Project shop located at 53 Church St in Montclair, NJ! Schedule your 30 minute appointment on my Calendly booking page here to set up a time and enjoy private shopping time at pay what you can prices! This would also be a great way to drop off donations with ease! Make the holidays sustainable and affordable while supporting my one woman creative micro business! Regular shop hours are Wed 12-5, Thurs 12-5, Fri 11:30-6, Sat 11-7, and Sun 12-5.

Indie Arts Montclair Skill Shares took place last weekend and they were a resounding success! Attendees chose from free events that included Collage as Creative Expression, Intro to Qigong, Intro to Dungeons and Dragons, and Intro to Zines, Zine Making, and Zine Fests, and Sewing Hand Paws! Indie Arts Montclair, a local arts collective where I serve on the board and was a founding member, is preparing for our annual Skill Share events set to take place on November 15th and 16th, 2025, Saturday and Sunday! Skill Shares are free or low cost workshops presented by community members, businesses and organizations. Registration is encouraged here, but not necessary, folks are welcome to drop in to attend.
