In case you missed it, I made my first appearance of the year at the Nutley Farmers Market on July 28th! The weather was gorgeous and the turnout was great. It was my first time vending in the upper parking lot location and it was a pleasure to set up and spend the day there.
I was excited to display my new Handwoven Rag Rugs and Kawandi-inspired Quilts for the first time! In fact, my first sale of the day was one of the rag rugs! It was a great affirmation that the time and energy I spent on my new products was all worth it!
I met new people and saw familiar faces from other events I've done with the Montclair Creative Reuse Project. I enjoyed browsing all the offerings and munching on my favorite snacks from vendors I only get to visit at this farmers market.
