In case you missed it, the Montclair Sidewalk Sale last Saturday was a blast! As I've done in the past, I set up in front of Mundo Vegan, the owners love supporting local merchants. I've know them since my Copabananas days, great folks and great food! It was a beautiful day and Church St. was the place to be! I debuted my new Tshirt Backpacks! Each one features a "patch", a design or word cut from another shirt and stitched somewhere on the backpack, as well as a Montclair Made label, love them!

The recent bike swap at Hillside School was a success for Bike&Walk Montclair and I was happy to have contributed by donating a bike this year. My daughter and I were included in the promotional video made by Jerry Fried during the event. Their next event, the Magical History Bike tour, is happening on June 18!

April has come and gone but the showers linger and May in Montclair is soggy and cold. But we press on...so many birthdays and street fairs and walking tours to attend! Tulips, lilacs, and dogwoods bloom around town as we celebrate our mothers and enjoy May baskets for Montclair Blooms! May showers bring May flowers...in Montclair!

The Montclair Film Festival began it's fifth season Friday and the celebrity sightings are sure to be on the rise thanks to 6 venues, 150+ films/events and 100+ special guests. I love the banner bags I make from repurposed vinyl Montclair Film Festival banners from previous years! The designs look great reconstructed into different shaped tote bags. Wine bottle totes and square tote bags are available in the shop as well as my one-of-a-kind "ransom notes" zipper pouches made from upcycled t-shirt letters. They're a great way to store your ticket stubs after the festival and they all make great...
