I'm returning to Montclair's Earth Fest this Sunday, April 27th! For the second year in a row I'll be promoting the Montclair Creative Reuse Project! I'll have art-related supplies available at "Pay What You Can" prices and I'll be collecting donations of materials! Read on for more info... January 6, 2025 will be my 19th Etsy-versary! (Oh friends, that date is not lost on me.) However, long before 2005, when my friend, Heidi, casually mentioned to me, “Have you heard about this new handmade selling platform called Etsy?”, that date had major significance to me. In case you missed it, the Acorn General Store celebrated their grand opening recently. I attended the ribbon cutting and enjoyed meeting and chatting with BID members and the owners, Darya and Jacob. Jacob's statement during the ribbon cutting gave me goose bumps! I've been busy prepping for the return of Boomerang Bags Montclair Sewing Bees! This week, as part of Indie Arts Montclair Skillshares, our super fun Sewing Bees will be happening at the Cornerstone Montclair building, on the 2nd floor, located at 198 Bellevue Ave in Upper Montclair!
