My in-person event season has gotten off to a fantastic start! In case you missed it, I popped up at Anthropologie with my Montclair Made paper heart garlands, and introduced my Montclair Creative Reuse Project to the community at Montclair's Earth Fest! At Anthropologie I displayed paper heart garlands, delicate decorations made from repurposed papers like vintage sheet music, field guide books, and atlas pages. I've lived in NJ my entire life but, believe it or not, I've never been to Asbury Park! I jumped at the chance when I saw a social media post reminding applicants that the deadline for the Asbury Park Summer Bazaar was fast approaching. I was excited to be accepted, it was a fantastic last minute addition to my summer schedule!  This event is held indoors at the Convention Hall which turned out to be great protection from the rain that day. The first Night Market on Glenridge Ave. was a festive and fun-filled event! I vended alongside familiar friends and networked with other local business people and artists, finding inspiration in our conversations, and renewed energy for on-going projects. Here are some photos from the sunny start to the full moon ending, live music and laughter all around. 

Last Saturday it was warm and sunny and perfect for spending the day on Walnut Street vending at the latest Pop-Up Artisan Market! I debuted new Tshirt Back Packs and sold my favorite one first! Several friends brought me materials like vinyl banners, tshirts, and books and for that I'm so grateful! The Human Needs Food Pantry also benefited from many great donations to their school supplies drive. Thanks to everyone who came by and made it a great day!

In case you missed it, the Montclair Sidewalk Sale last Saturday was a blast! As I've done in the past, I set up in front of Mundo Vegan, the owners love supporting local merchants. I've know them since my Copabananas days, great folks and great food! It was a beautiful day and Church St. was the place to be! I debuted my new Tshirt Backpacks! Each one features a "patch", a design or word cut from another shirt and stitched somewhere on the backpack, as well as a Montclair Made label, love them!
